A hybrid documentary of denunciation and reflection about León Ramírez and Isabel Velásquez, an elderly couple worn down by the land that once gave them joy and now slowly kills them through state abuse. At nearly 90, they still run a small store to survive. Their land, ravaged by armed groups and state policies, is now a purgatory where fruit rots on the ground. Powerless, they close their shop and bury themselves alive in their land, embodying old age, abandonment, uprootedness and resistance.
