En nuestro vigésimo aniversario, hemos querido invitar a otros dos festivales que también cumplieron 20 años en su más reciente edición y han dado al corto un lugar significativo en su programación: el VLAFF y el FICM, eventos que en Canadá y en México, respectivamente, se han consolidado como importantes escenarios para el cine de la región. Con esta conversación buscaremos detenernos y pensar en conjunto con ellos los retos superados en estas dos décadas de trabajo y las nuevas metas que ya se esbozan en el horizonte.
On BOGOSHORTS’ twentieth anniversary, we wanted to invite two other festivals that also celebrated their two decades in their most recent edition and have given short films a significant place in their programming: VLAFF and FICM, events that in Canada and Mexico, respectively, have established themselves as important venues for the region's cinema. With this conversation we will seek to stop and think together with them about the challenges overcome in the past twenty years and the new goals that are already on the horizon.
