La declaración del río Atrato como sujeto de derechos, fue el pretexto de Residencias Walden para convocar a artistas y cineastas a crear cortometrajes partiendo de cuestionamientos como: ¿Hasta qué punto es posible filmar el río como un sujeto? ¿Dónde encontrar una voz en esa relación?
Los páramos colombianos, que representan el 59% de los que existen en el mundo, y el anuncio del Estado de dar licencias sobre estos territorios a mineras internacionales, son el marco en el que se grabó la realidad ambiental y social que narra el documental ‘Sumercé’. Esta charla abordará la manera en que estos saberes disímiles se reúnen para producir efectos en el entorno social y el cine.
