Enrico Vanucci (Italia / Italy)
Guionista y programador de cine, graduado con honores en la Universidad de Bolonia y con diploma en guion en la escuela CSC de Roma. Desde 2010 participa activamente en festivales y programación cinematográfica, destacándose como programador de cortometrajes, actualmente en el Festival de Locarno, previamente en el Festival de Venecia (2014-2020) y LIM – Less Is More. Es cofundador y fue director artístico del Torino Short Film Market (2016), fundador de Varicoloured, agencia de distribución de cortometrajes (2018), participó en Talking Shorts, revista online sobre cortos (2020), y Talents Generator Factory (2022). Además, ha escrito ensayos sobre festivales de cine, dicta cursos y conferencias de guion, y es miembro de la European Film Academy desde 2021.
Screenwriter and film programmer, graduated with honors from the University of Bologna and with a diploma in Screenwriting from the CSC school in Rome. Since 2010, he has been actively involved in festivals and film programming, standing out as a short film programmer, currently at the Locarno Festival, previously at the Venice Film Festival (2014-2020) and LIM – Less Is More. He is co-founder and former artistic director of the Torino Short Film Market (2016), founder of Varicoloured, a short film distribution agency (2018), and has participated in Talking Shorts, an online magazine about short films (2020), and Talents Generator Factory (2022). In addition, he has written essays on film festivals, teaches screenwriting courses and lectures, and has been a member of the European Film Academy since 2021.
Laura Mora (Colombia / Colombia)
Directora, guionista y productora nacida en Medellín. Estudió dirección y producción de cine en la RMIT de Melbourne y cursó un máster en guion y dirección en el AFTRS. Dirigió los cortometrajes West, Brotherhood y Salomé, reconocidos y premiados en festivales como BOGOSHORTS, ZINEBI, Bilbao y Miami Short Film Festival. Su primer largometraje, Matar a Jesús (2017), estrenado en Toronto, recibió una Mención Especial y el Premio Signis en San Sebastián, además de más de veinte galardones internacionales. Los reyes del mundo (2022), su segundo largometraje, obtuvo la Concha de Oro en San Sebastián y numerosos premios en Biarritz, Zúrich, Varsovia y otros festivales del mundo. Ha dirigido series de televisión como Cien años de soledad (2024), El robo del siglo (2020) y Frontera verde (2019) entre otras. Es cofundadora de La Selva Cine, productora dedicada al cine autoral colombiano.

Los reyes del mundo (2022), her second feature film, won the Golden Shell at San Sebastián and numerous awards at Biarritz, Zurich, Warsaw, and other festivals around the world. She has directed television series such as Cien años de soledad (2024), El robo del siglo (2020), and Frontera verde (2019), among others. She is co-founder of La Selva Cine, a production company dedicated to Colombian auteur cinema.
Lara Izaguirre (España / Spain)
Directora, guionista y productora. Licenciada en Comunicación Audiovisual de la UPV/EHU, se especializó en dirección en la New York Film Academy y cursó el Máster de Guion en ESCAC. Fundadora de Gariza Produkzioak (2010), ha dirigido cortometrajes como Bicycle poem (2010), Kea (2012) y Next stop: Greenland (2012), y los largometrajes Un otoño sin Berlín (2015) —Premio Goya a Mejor Actriz Revelación para Irene Escolar— y Nora (2020). Como productora, ha impulsado proyectos liderados por mujeres, incluyendo Ya no duermo (2020), Polvo somos (2020), Cuerdas (2022) y 20.000 especies de abejas (Berlinale, Oso de Plata a Mejor Interpretación). Preside la asociación (H)emen, dedicada a fortalecer la presencia femenina en el audiovisual y las artes escénicas.

Founder of Gariza Produkzioak (2010), she has directed short films such as Bicycle poem (2010), Kea (2012), and Next stop: greenland (2012), as well as the feature films An autumn without Berlin (2015)—Goya Award for Best New Actress for Irene Escolar—and Nora (2020). As a producer, she has promoted projects led by women, including Ya no duermo (2020), Polvo somos (2020), Cuerdas (2022), and 20,000 species of bees (Berlinale, Silver Bear for Best Performance). She leads the (H)emen association, which is all about boosting women‘s presence in the audiovisual and performing arts.
