/ Bogotá in animated shorts: First previews
Bogotá se proyecta al mundo a través de la animación. En el marco del programa Gente Convergente, impulsado por la Secretaría de Cultura, Recreación y Deporte (SCRD) en alianza con Proimágenes Colombia, se presentarán los avances de la Serie Animada de Antología, un proyecto que reúne a ocho estudios bogotanos bajo la guía del showrunner francés Jean François Tosti (TAT Productions) y cuatro asesores internacionales. Cada episodio imagina una ciudad distinta —real o fantástica—, explorando sus múltiples tiempos, rostros y emociones.
Este encuentro permitirá conocer cómo se construye una serie colaborativa entre diferentes estudios de animación, los aprendizajes de este proceso inédito y la visión de sus creadores sobre el futuro de la animación en Bogotá. Una conversación para celebrar el talento local, la convergencia entre arte y tecnología, y el impulso que posiciona a la capital como un centro creativo de referencia en América Latina.
Bogotá projects itself to the world through animation. As part of the Gente Convergente program, promoted by the Secretary of Culture, Recreation, and Sports (SCRD) in partnership with Proimágenes Colombia, the progress of the Animated Anthology Series will be presented. This project brings together eight Bogotá studios under the guidance of French showrunner Jean François Tosti (TAT Productions) and four international advisors. Each episode imagines a different city—real or fantastical—exploring its multiple times, faces, and emotions.
This meeting will provide insight into how a collaborative series is built between different animation studios, the lessons learned from this unprecedented process, and the creators‘ vision for the future of animation in Bogotá. A conversation to celebrate local talent, the convergence of art and technology, and the momentum that positions the capital as a leading creative hub in Latin America.
