MARATÓN DE REALIZACIÓN DE FILMINUTOS
El Bogotá Short Film Festival / Festival de Cortos de Bogotá – BOGOSHORTS invita a realizadores de todo el país a participar en la IMAGINATÓN, su maratón de realización audiovisual, con foco en los barrios y localidades de Bogotá. Una oportunidad para que, desde distintas miradas, se capture en un solo plano la vida que habita en las calles, los sonidos y los rostros de la ciudad: una Bogotá contada por todos, diversa, vibrante y en constante movimiento.
La Maratón de Realización Audiovisual – IMAGINATÓN nació en 1999 y, desde entonces, ha puesto a rodar la imaginación de más de 11.500 realizadores en distintos rincones del país. A lo largo de sus primeras catorce ediciones, profesionales y aficionados se unieron en torno al reto de crear, en un solo fin de semana, un cortometraje en plano secuencia de 60 segundos. En sus siguientes seis ediciones, la maratón se tomó Bogotá, llenando la ciudad de historias filmadas en calles, parques y esquinas. Este año, por cuarta vez consecutiva, mantenemos abierta la posibilidad de participación online, para que la creatividad que habita en todas las regiones de Colombia pueda sumarse a esta celebración audiovisual.
Sin ninguna limitación creativa, durante el fin de semana del viernes 5 al domingo 7 de diciembre, realizadores de todo el país, podrán salir a las calles o internarse en inexplorados parajes para rodar sus filminutos y compartir con nosotros la luz de su talento.
En el Teatro El Parque, el viernes 5 de diciembre, los esperamos para grabar su claqueta, registro oficial del filminuto, y allí mismo a las 8 p.m., se realizará la entrega oficial de la clave que da inicio a la maratón. Quienes no puedan asistir podrán recibir la claqueta y la clave a través de nuestros canales virtuales, para unirse desde cualquier lugar del país a esta experiencia de creación colectiva.
Luego podrán empezar a grabar su cortometraje, que debe ser enviado a la organización a más tardar el domingo 7 de diciembre a las 11:59 p.m. Los participantes que entreguen exitosamente sus filminutos (máximo 4 por cada participante), podrán participar por más de 20 millones de pesos en efectivo. IMAGINATÓN sigue consolidándose como un espacio clave para los nuevos creadores que, con sus cortos, largos, series y otros formatos, poblarán el espectro audiovisual del país en los próximos años.
The Bogotá Short Film Festival / Festival de Cortos de Bogotá – BOGOSHORTS invites filmmakers from across the country to participate in IMAGINATÓN, its audiovisual production marathon, with a focus on the neighborhoods and localities of Bogotá. This is an opportunity to capture, from different perspectives, the life that inhabits the streets, the sounds, and the faces of the city in a single shot: a Bogotá told by everyone, diverse, vibrant, and in constant motion.
The Audiovisual Production Marathon – IMAGINATÓN was created in 1999 and, since then, has set the imagination of more than 11,500 filmmakers in different corners of the country in motion. Throughout its first fourteen editions, professionals and amateurs came together around the challenge of creating, in a single weekend, a 60-second sequence shot short film. In its next six editions, the marathon took over Bogotá, filling the city with stories filmed in streets, parks, and corners. This year, for the fourth consecutive time, we are keeping the possibility of online participation open so that the creativity that inhabits all regions of Colombia can join in this audiovisual celebration.
With no creative limitations, during the weekend of Friday, December 5 to Sunday, December 7, filmmakers from across the country will be able to take to the streets or venture into unexplored locations to shoot their one-minute films and share their talent with us.
We look forward to seeing you at the Teatro El Parque on Friday, December 5, to record your clapperboard, the official record of the one-minute film, and at 8 p.m, the official key that starts the marathon will be presented. Those who cannot attend can receive the clapperboard and key through our virtual channels, so they can join this collective creative experience from anywhere in the country.
Then they can start filming their short film, which must be sent to the organization no later than Sunday, December 7, at 11:59 p.m. Participants who successfully submit their films (maximum 4 per person) will be eligible to win more than 20 million pesos in cash. IMAGINATÓN continues to consolidate itself as a key space for new creators who, with their short films, feature films, series, and other formats, will populate the country's audiovisual spectrum in the coming years.
