Marta (78) y Alfonso (86) han estado juntos por más de sesenta años. Quedaron solos en un país moribundo cuando su familia y amigos se convirtieron en diáspora o cenizas. Pasan sus años dorados como los más frágiles de un ecosistema podrido y corrupto en el que un criminal irrumpe en su hogar huyendo de la justicia. Ahora intentarán sobrevivir al sadismo y la violencia, sin una oportunidad aparente de lograrlo.
Marta (78) and Alfonso (86) have been together for over sixty years. They find themselves alone in a dying country, as their family and friends have become migrants or turned to ashes. They spend their golden years as the most fragile inhabitants of a rotten and corrupt ecosystem, where a criminal on the run from a crime scene breaks into their home seeking shelter. Now, they will try to survive the sadism and violence of their unexpected visitor, without seemingly having any apparent chance.
Daniel Baloa
Director venezolano con más de veinte años de experiencia. Después de una amplia gama de proyectos publicitarios, terminó su ópera prima de ficción, escrita y dirigida por él mismo, rodada durante la pandemia. Licenciado en Comunicación Social, con estudios en Guión y Storytelling, comenzó a trabajar mientras aún estudiaba. Como director de publicidad, Daniel ha sido reconocido en festivales venezolanos e internacionales en Argentina, Estados Unidos, España, Brasil, Panamá y México.
Venezuelan director with more that twenty years of experience. After a wide range of advertisement projects, his finished his debut feature film written and directed by himself, and shot during the pandemic. Graduated on Mass Communications, Screenwriting & Storytelling, Daniel started working while still studying. As an ad director, he has been acknowledged in Venezuelan and international film festivals in Argentina, United States, Spain, Brazil, Panama and Mexico.
