Tras sus estudios de cine en la UQAM, dirigió su primer cortometraje documental, Train Hopper, que obtuvo el premio al talento emergente de la CBC en el RIDM (2019), y después dirigió La vie heureuse, que ganó el Premio a Mejor Cortometraje Documental en el Rendez-Vous Québec Cinéma (2022). Amélie es también la directora de la serie documental Chroniques de la vie ordinaire emitida en la plataforma Tv5.
Following her studies in cinema at UQAM, she directed her first short documentary, Train Hopper, which earned the emerging CBC Talent Tward at the RIDM (2019). Then, she directed La vie heureuse which won the award for Best Documentary Dhort at the Rendez-Vous Québec Cinéma (2022). Amélie is also the director of the documentary series Chroniques de la vie ordinaire broadcast on the Tv5 platform.
