Renata vive en un pequeño pueblo rural, donde el tiempo parece haberse detenido y la vida transcurre marcada por las labores agrícolas. Ese verano, Renata tiene su primera menstruación. Un sentimiento de rebeldía y ansiedad surge cuando se da cuenta de que las creencias populares sobre la menstruación afectan la vida de las mujeres en la comunidad.
Renata lives in a small country town where time seems to have stopped and life follows the rhythm of rural activities. During the summer, Renata gets her first period. A sense of upset arises within her when she realizes that ancient folk beliefs around menstruation influence the lives of women of the place.
Olga Torrico
Estudió entre Roma, París, Bolonia y Valencia; es licenciada en lenguas y literatura, y especialista en Estudios Cinematográficos. Desde 2014 forma parte de Elenfant Distribution, trabajando como distribuidora de cortos. En 2016, con Adam Selo funda la productora Sayonara Film, con la que produce cortometrajes y documentales creativos. En 2017 asiste a la escuela de escritura de guiones Bottega Finzioni y es una de las productoras de la serie '13.11' con Elenfant Film.
She studied between Rome, Paris, Bologna and Valencia; she has a degree in languages and literature, and specialist in Film Studies. Since 2014 she has been part of Elenfant Distribution, working as a short film distributor. In 2016, with Adam Selo, she founded the Sayonara Film production company, with which she produced creative short films and documentaries. In 2017 she attends the Bottega Finzioni scriptwriting school and is one of the producers of the series '13.11' with Elenfant Film.
