Mthunzi camina hacia su casa cuando ve a una señora sufrir convulsiones en la puerta de su casa. Su sobrina le pide que la ayude a llevarla a su casa y termina atrapado en un mundo al que no pertenece.
Mthunzi is walking home as he sees a lady go into seizures in her driveway. He is then asked to help carry her into their home by her niece and becomes caught up in a world he does not belong in.
