Un arma de extraña complejidad óptica es capaz de proyectar una enorme luz encandilante sobre la tierra. Dirigido con precisión, el rayo puede provocar la propagación de un calor colosal, suficiente para destruirlo todo.La noche se extingue, la tierra arde, las criaturas parecen huir a tientas hacia lo hondo del mundo. Allí dentro, en los huecos oscuros, el espacio se expande lo suficiente como para construir un refugio donde otro imaginario aparezca.
A strange weapon of optical complexity is able to project an enormous dazzling light over the territory. When it is used with accuarcy, the ray can cause the spread of colossal heat, enough to destroy everything. The night extinguishes, the Earth burns, and creatures run away groping towards the depths of the world. In the dark holes of the earth the space expands enough to imagine a refuge where another imaginary may appear.

Artista visual y cineasta chilenoargentina. En su obra investiga sobre la relación entre memoria, violencia e imaginarios sobre el territorio. A lo largo de su carrera ha recibido los Fondos Hubert Bals Fund, FONDART (Chile), Fondo Audiovisual (Chile) e INCAA (Argentina), entre otros. Recientemente exhibió su obra en DocLisboa, Ars Electronica, Les Rencontres d Arles, San Sebastián y FIC Valdivia, entre otros. Su obra está representada por la Galería Rolf Art.
Chilean/Argentine visual artist and filmmaker. In her work, she researches the relationship between memory, violence and imaginaries about the territory. During her career she has received the Hubert Bals Fund, FONDART (Chile), Fondo Audiovisual (Chile), INCAA (Argentina), among others. She has recently exhibited her work at DocLisboa, Ars Electronica, Les Rencontres d Arles, San Sebastián, FICValdivia, among others. Her work is represented by Rolf Art Gallery.
