Desde un punto de vista fijo, asistimos a un tenso viaje en autobús en Bruselas, cuando Samuel -un inmigrante congoleño- sube para expresar su descontento con Europa.
From a fixed point of view, we witness a tense bus ride in Brussels, when Samuel – a Congolese immigrant – gets on to voice his discontent with Europe.

Simon van der Zande es un cineasta de Ámsterdam, que comparte su tiempo entre Ámsterdam y Bruselas. Se graduó en la KASK (Real Academia de Bellas Artes de Gante) con el cortometraje Merci pour votre patience en 2022, que ha ganado premios en el Film Fest Ghent, el International Short Film Festival Leuven y el Go Short International Short Film Festival Nijmegen.
A través de situaciones sencillas y reconocibles, sus películas investigan las complejidades de la convivencia y la negociación de las diferencias.
Simon van der Zande is a filmmaker from Amsterdam, sharing his time between Amsterdam and Brussels. He graduated from KASK (Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Ghent) with the short film Merci pour votre patience in 2022, which has won prizes at Film Fest Ghent, International Short Film Festival Leuven and Go Short International Short Film Festival Nijmegen.
By means of simple, recognisable situations, his films investigate the complexities of living together and negotiating differences.
