Abren las puertas y se asoman: sus silbidos recorren los rieles que atraviesan el pueblo. Los perros se levantan. Los niños apagan sus cigarrillos. Ahora, todo está quieto.
They open the doors and appear: their whistles roam through the rails that run across the town. The dogs rise. The kids turn out their cigarettes. Now, all is still.

Esteban Cruz Orozco
Graduado de Comunicación Audiovisual y Multimedios de la Universidad de La Sabana en el 2019. Ganador del Sundance Ignite Fellowship en el 2017 con su primer cortometraje -La Siembra-. En el 2019, hizo parte del equipo de investigación para el departamento de Arte de la película -Memoria- de Apichatpong Weerasethakul. Ese mismo año, realizó el taller -En la Isla con Lav Díaz- en la EICTV en San Antonio de los Banos, Cuba. Desde el 2020 trabaja como director y productor con Bruma Cine.
Graduated in Audiovisual and Multimedia Communication from Universidad de La Sabana in 2019. Winner of the Sundance Ignite Fellowship in 2017 with his first short film “La Siembra”. In 2019, he was part of the research team for the Art Department in “Memoria” directed by Apichatpong Weerasethakul. In that same year, he participated in the workshop “In the Island with Lav Diaz” in EICTV at San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba. Since 2020, he has been working as a director and producer with Bruma Cine.
