We Are Animals explora esta metamorfosis como metáfora de las contradicciones humanas, abordando temas relevantes como la fluidez de género, el poder, la violencia doméstica y el juicio, tanto en pueblos pequeños como en contextos más amplios.
A man transforms into an animal and shares his emotions and fears. We Are Animals explores this metamorphosis as a metaphor for human contradictions, addressing relevant themes such as gender fluidity, power, domestic violence, and judgment, both in small towns and broader contexts. Lorenzo Pallotta
Director y guionista originario de Abruzzo, Italia. Su cortometraje Las Hadas (2021) tuvo su estreno mundial en el FEST – New Directors New Films Festival en Espinho, Portugal. Su primer largometraje documental, Sacro moderno ,Los hijos del gigante dormido, fue presentado en Alice nella Città 2021 (Italia, estreno mundial) y en el Festival de Cine de Taipéi 2022 (Taiwán, estreno internacional)
Director and screenwriter originally from Abruzzo, Italy. His short film Las Hadas (2021) had its world premiere at the FEST – New Directors New Films Festival in Espinho, Portugal. His first feature-length documentary, Sacro moderno, The Children of the Sleeping Giant, was presented at Alice nella Città 2021 (Italy, world premiere) and at the Taipei Film Festival 2022 (Taiwan, international premiere).
