Thaís descubre que su madre fue secuestrada de bebé por su abuela adoptiva y que Dirce, su abuela de sangre, era prostituta. Esta película nace de una urgencia personal sobre la búsqueda de la verdadera identidad e historia de Sonia y se convierte en un doloroso viaje a través de la violencia de género.
Thais discovers that her mother was kidnapped as a baby by her adoptive grandmother, and that Dirce, her biological grandmother, was a prostitute. This film arises from a personal urgency to uncover Sonia s true identity and story, becoming a painful journey through gendered violence.

Máster en Cine Documental por la EICTV, dirigió el cortometraje Theodora, premiado en el Festival do Minuto (2020), y Serbest (2022). Su cortometraje Uterus tuvo estreno mundial en el Beijing International Short Film Festival (2024), es selección oficial del Bogoshorts (Conexión Brasil 2025) y recibió Mención de Honor en FEMINA, Brasil (2025). Desarrolla La señora Dirce, seleccionado para Residencias Walden (2024), EIP – MIDBO Bogotá (2025) y selección oficial del FRAPA 2025.
Master in Documentary Film from EICTV, she directed the short film Theodora, awarded at the Festival do Minuto (2020), and Serbest (2022). Her short film Uterus had its world premiere at the Beijing International Short Film Festival (2024), is an official selection of Bogoshorts (Conexión Brasil 2025), and received an Honorable Mention at FEMINA, Brazil (2025). She is currently developing La señora Dirce, selected for Residencias Walden (2024), EIP – MIDBO Bogotá (2025), and FRAPA (2025).
