Abel acaba de enterrar a su padre. Persiguiendo las raíces que nunca tuvo, y queriendo entender las razones de su suicidio, viaja hasta el pueblo de sus familiares paternos. Allí enfrentará las historias y heridas abiertas fantasmales de la familia que nunca conoció.
Abel has just buried his father. In search of the roots he never had and trying to understand the reasons behind his father’s suicide, he travels to the village of his paternal relatives. There, he will confront the haunting stories and open wounds of the family he never knew.

Alexis Tafur
Director, montajista y fotógrafo colombiano, interesado en narrativas íntimas atravesadas por la memoria y formatos híbridos. CEO de Uno Uno Films. Ha dirigido cortometrajes apoyados por el FDC, BAM, BFM y SFC del Clermont-Ferrand. Entre sus obras se destaca Post - Familia, selección oficial en 36° Kinoforum, participante en The Short Film Corner del Festival de Cannes, ganador del FDC y del programa Rough Shorts del BAM. Actualmente escribe su ópera prima y produce Los Gallos, ganador del FDC.
Colombian director, editor and photographer, interested in intimate narratives shaped by memory and hybrid formats. CEO of Uno Uno Films. He has directed shorts supported by FDC, BAM, BFM and Clermont-Ferrand SFC. Among his works, Post - Familia stands out, official selection at the 36th Kinoforum, participant in The Short Film Corner at Cannes, winner of FDC and BAM Rough Shorts. He is currently writing his debut feature and producing Los Gallos, FDC winner.
