Documental animado que explora el fenómeno del culturismo y examina la relación que los hombres orientados al fitness tienen con sus propios cuerpos. A través de entrevistas inspiradas en técnicas periodísticas, la película presenta las historias de tres hombres que utilizan el ejercicio como una forma de lidiar con traumas internos que a menudo les han llevado a tener una baja autoestima.
Better Man is an animated documentary that explores the phenomenon of bodybuilding and examines the relationship fitness-oriented men have with their own bodies. Through interviews inspired by journalistic techniques, the film presents the stories of three men who use exercise as a way to cope with inner traumas that have often resulted in low self-esteem.

Actualmente es estudiante del programa del Departamento de Cine de Animación de la Escuela de Cine y Televisión de la Academia de Artes Escénicas de Praga. Durante sus estudios, ha creado tres cortometrajes: Night Mode (2023), Beware Children! (2023) y Better Man (2025). En su trabajo, Eliška disfruta explorando temas populares, especialmente aquellos con los que se identifica la generación más joven, y los aborda con ligereza y humor.
She's currently a student in the bachelor's program at the Department of Animated Film at the Film and Television School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. During her studies, she has created three short films: Night Mode (2023), Beware Children! (2023), and Better Man (2025). In her work, Eliška enjoys exploring popular themes, especially those that resonate with the younger generation, and approaches them with lightness and humor.
