Cineasta y escritora palestina y egipcia radicada en Montreal, Quebec. Su práctica y sus intereses de investigación se centran en la transmisión intergeneracional de recuerdos, el desplazamiento y las historias de pertenencia e identidad, que explora a través de una lente poética e híbrida. Centrándose en el proceso y los fragmentos del texto, el sonido y la imagen, Nada explora nuevas formas de narrarse a sí misma y de hablar de la hibridación y el yo.
Palestinian and Egyptian filmmaker and writer based in Montreal, Quebec. Her practice and research interests focus on the intergenerational transmission of memories, displacement, and stories of belonging and identity, which she explores through a poetic and hybrid lens. Focusing on the process and fragments of text, sound, and image, Nada explores new ways of narrating herself and talking about hybridization and the self.
