At a crowded airport, Ahlam, a 15-year old mother, is running away from Baghdad, the only place she s ever known. As she fights the shadows lurking around her, she reflects on her journey to reclaim her life.

Escritora, directora y cofundadora de Shaghab Films, una productora con sede en Amán, Jordania. Tiene un doctorado orientado a la práctica centrado en cuestiones de representación y cine participativo por la Universidad de Cine Konrad Wolf de Babelsberg. Beiruty ha participado en Berlinale Talents, Beirut Talents, Rotterdam Lab, Locarno Documentary School, ANIDOX:LAB, Film Leader Incubator Asia, Documentary Campus y Ji.hlava Academy.
Writer, director, and co-founder of Shaghab Films, a production company based in Amman, Jordan. She holds a practice-based doctorate focusing on issues of representation and participatory filmmaking from the Babelsberg Konrad Wolf University of Film. Beiruty is an alumna of Berlinale Talents, Beirut Talents, Rotterdam Lab, Locarno Documentary School, ANIDOX:LAB, Film Leader Incubator Asia, Documentary Campus, and Ji.hlava Academy.
