Kora esboza las historias de mujeres refugiadas que viven en Portugal. Todas ellas llevan su pasado en el cuerpo y en las palabras, así como a sus seres queridos en fotografías que guardan de ellos. A partir de estos recuerdos accedemos a la mirada íntima y política de quienes reconstruyen (su) presente.
Kora outlines the stories of refugee women living in Portugal. They all carry their past in their body and words, as well as their loved ones in portraits. From these memories we access the intimate and political gaze of those who reconstruct (their) present.

Cláudia Varejão
Nació en Oporto y estudió en el Programa de Creatividad y Creación Artística de la Fundación Calouste Gulbenkian en colaboración con la German Film und Fernsehakademie de Berlín y la Academia Internacional de Cine de São Paulo. También estudió Fotografía en AR.CO de Lisboa. Las películas de Cláudia han sido seleccionadas y premiadas en los festivales de cine más prestigiosos, como Locarno, Rotterdam, Visions du Réel, Cinema du Réel, Karlovy Vary, Art of the Real - Lincoln Center y Venecia.
Born in Porto. She studied at the Creativity and Artistic Creation Program of Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in partnership with the German Film und Fernsehakademie Berlin and the São Paulo International Film Academy. She also studied Photography at AR.CO in Lisbon. Cláudia's films have been selected by and awarded at the most prestigious film festivals, including Locarno, Rotterdam, Visions du Reel, Cinema du Reel, Karlovy Vary, Art of the Real - Lincoln Center and Venice.
