Manuela (7), sueña con la celebración del día de la Independencia en su escuela y la posibilidad de ganar el concurso del "Mejor vestido folclórico. Entre tanto, su hermano Gabo (16), enfrenta el riesgo de protestar en las calles esperando acabar con la dictadura del Chile de 1988.
Seven-year-old Manuela dreams of winning the best folkloric dress contest in the commemoration of Independence Day at her school. Meanwhile, her brother Gabo (16) takes the risk of protesting in the streets for the plebiscite that will put end to the dictatorship of Chile in 1988.
