Para provocar el paladar y como sección principal de BOGOSHORTS degusta, llega este evento al restaurante Salvo Patria, inspirado en la inmensa diversidad de la gastronomía colombiana. Los comensales podrán disfrutar de un menú sorpresa a la par que ven los cortometrajes escogidos; cuatro entradas, tres platos fuertes y un postre, cada uno con un maridaje especial. Estos cortometrajes han sido seleccionados al azar entre un grupo de ocho reconocidos chefs de prestigiosos restaurantes de Bogotá, que cuentan con una semana para imaginar la mejor interpretación culinaria de estas piezas audiovisuales.
To provoke the palate and as the main section of BOGOSHORTS tasting, this event arrives at the ‘Salvo Patria’ restaurant, inspired by the immense diversity of Colombian cuisine. Diners will enjoy a surprising menu while watching the chosen short films; Four entrees, three main courses and a dessert, each with a special pairing. These short films have been randomly selected from a group of eight renowned chefs from prestigious restaurants in Bogotá, who had a week to imagine the best culinary interpretation of these audiovisual pieces.
