Como plato principal de la sección especial BOGOSHORTS degusta, en el restaurante La Puerta Azul, una antigua fábrica de pasta en el barrio Usaquén de Bogotá, los comensales podrán disfrutar un menú de degustación sorpresa a la par que ven los cortometrajes elegidos; cuatro entradas, tres platos fuertes y un postre, cada uno con un maridaje especial. Los cortometrajes han sido distribuidos al azar entre un grupo de ocho reconocidos chefs de restaurantes de Bogotá, que tienen una semana para preparar la mejor interpretación gastronómica de estas piezas audiovisuales.
As main dish of the special section BOGOSHORTS tasting, in the restaurant La Puerta Azul, a former pasta factory in the Usaquén neighborhood of Bogotá, diners will enjoy a surprise tasting menu while watching the chosen short films; four appetizers, three main courses and a dessert, each with a special pairing. The short films have been randomly distributed among a group of nine renowned restaurant chefs from Bogotá, who have a week to prepare the best gastronomic interpretation of these audiovisual pieces.
