Celebrando 10 años de existencia de los premios Macondo, un evento que se ha propuesto reconocer a las búsquedas de la cinematografía colombiana, donde tanto largos como cortos cumplen un papel fundamental en la construcción de la mirada y del fortalecimiento de la industria cinematográfica nacional. Para reconocer que el cortometraje es un elemento esencial en nuestra cinematografía y celebrando el programa especial que tenemos con los directores ganadores de los premios Macondo, contaremos con la participación de directores y productores ganadores durante estos 10 años de los premios. Hablaremos de sus cortos, cómo fue su encuentro con este formato y que desencadenó en el desarrollo de su trayectoria cinematográfica. Aprovecharemos este momento para hacer visible el aporte que la Academia Colombiana de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas ha hecho con sus premios Macondo, en particular con los cortos nacionales.

Celebrating 10 years of existence of the Macondo Awards, an event that has been proposed to recognize the searches of Colombian cinematography, where both long and short films a fundamental role in building the look and strengthening of the national film industry. To recognize that the short film is an essential element in our cinematography and celebrating the special program that we have with the winning directors of the Macondo awards, we will have the participation of winning directors and producers during these 10 years of awards. We will talk about their shorts, how was their encounter with this format and that triggered the development of his cinematographic career. We will take this moment to make visible the contribution that the Colombian Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has made with its Macondo awards, in particular with the national shorts.
